By accessing or using Fyndlee ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fyndlee.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Description of the Service

Fyndlee is a tool that allows users to monitor publicly accessible web pages and receive notifications based on detected changes or user-defined conditions.

We may modify, update, or improve the Service at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Access, monitor, or attempt to access non-public, restricted, or protected content
• Use the Service for unauthorized data extraction or resale
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure
• Circumvent security measures or attempt unauthorized access
• Use the Service in a way that violates the rights of others

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the terms of service and legal requirements of any websites you choose to monitor.

User Accounts and Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

User Data and Content

You retain ownership of any data you submit to Fyndlee.

By using the Service, you grant Fyndlee a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not use your data beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Fyndlee relies on third-party infrastructure and services (such as cloud hosting, notifications, analytics, and related providers).

We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or performance of these third-party services, including any outages, delays, data loss, or security issues caused by them.

We use privacy-friendly analytics with your consent to improve our service. We use essential cookies required for basic functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, design, and functionality, is owned and operated by the Fyndlee team and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service
• Use any part of the Service without prior written permission

Service Availability and Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fyndlee disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that results will be accurate, complete, or timely, or that all changes on monitored websites will be detected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fyndlee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, under any theory of liability.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also delete your monitors at any time from within the app.

You may permanently delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen. Upon deletion, all your personal data, monitors, and matches will be removed from our active systems immediately. Residual data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 20 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of Fyndlee after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hamburg, Germany.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fyndlee regarding the use of the Service.
